[SOLVED] emerge -vuND world, 2 пакета БЛОКИРУЮТ друг друга

вроде бы все просто..

но я в тупике перепробовал кучу вариантов, помогите разобраться пожалуйста. Я умышленно убрал записи из /etc/portage/package.keywords и из других конф файлов чтобы разобраться с нуля..
